Let’s know about MWO/DMW

🔹About MWO (formerly POLO)

When hiring Filipinos, an MWO application procedure is required.
The MWO application is a procedure for registering information about the Japanese hiring company, employment conditions, etc. with the DMW.

Companies wishing to accept Filipinos can register job information with DMW only if the MWO approves the accepting company as a suitable employer after a document review and interview by the MWO.
This procedure is carried out by the accepting company in Japan, so students and job seekers who want to work in Japan do not need to do anything.

🔹 About DMW (formerly POEA)

DMW is the abbreviation for the Department of Migrant and Workforce Affairs of the Philippine government, which protects the rights of Philippine nationals working outside the country and licenses and supervises sending agencies.

Filipinos cannot work abroad without permission from the DMW.
If you want to work in Japan, you will sign a contract with a Japanese hiring company through recruitment agent certified by DMW.

Japanese immigration procedures

In addition to the MWO and DMW procedures, there are other procedures for working in Japan.

The Japanese Government Immigration Control and Residency Agency will issue a Certificate of Eligibility (COE).

Transfer the COE to recruitment agent in the Philippines, submit it to the local Japanese embassy or overseas diplomatic mission, and receive a work visa (VISA).

Once you have the work visa and an exit permit issued by DMW, you can enter Japan.

Our affiliated certified administrative procedures legal specialist (application procedure administrative scrivener) will support you in obtaining a work visa.
